Suicide Prevention Resources

Hey everyone!  So, I’m way behind with the blog.  Vacation/work/illness has totally taken over the last few weeks and I just haven’t been able to pull together a full post.  There are a few half-written pieces that I promise will be super helpful once they are ready.  So, to make up for it, here are some resources for teens and adults contemplating suicide, or who just need support.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline  The nation’s most recognized 24/7 crisis intervention lifeline, for people of all ages

  • 1-800-273-8255
  • 1-888-628-9454 (español)
  • 1-800-799-4889 (deaf or hard of hearing)
  • Chat online

The Trevor Project The nation’s only 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention lifeline for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning young people ages 13 to 24.
